Remote In-Season Baseball Strength & Performance Training

Built by Doctors of Physical Therapy and strength coaches to help baseball athletes stay strong and durable all season.

Most baseball players train hard all offseason—then slowly lose strength, power, and durability once the season begins.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they don’t want to keep pushing.

Because in-season training is often misunderstood—or ignored completely.

Lifts disappear.
Bodies start feeling beat up.
Velocity, power, and explosiveness slowly decline.

At Tri Star Strength x Rehab, we see the same pattern every year with baseball athletes across the Tri-Cities and beyond.

External rotation strength—the brakes that protect the shoulder—drops early in the season. Jump performance dips as the nervous system loses exposure to high outputs. Strength numbers fall simply because athletes stop getting meaningful strength work once games start.

It’s not a motivation problem. It’s a system problem.

That’s why we built the Tri Star IN//SZN Protocol, a remote in-season baseball training program designed to help athletes maintain strength, power, speed, and arm durability throughout the season.

Built by a Clinical Baseball Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and performance coaches, this program blends sports performance training, personal training structure, and physical therapy principles to keep athletes healthy and explosive from opening day through playoffs.

Because the goal of in-season training isn’t just surviving the season.

It’s performing at your best all the way through it.

The Problem.

Most athletes train wrong during the season.

Stop lifting

Strength and power drop within weeks.

Train too hard

Fatigue accumulates and performance drops.

Guess workouts

No structure around games and recovery.

The result?

Slower sprints, tanking velo, elbow and shoulder pain, oblique/hammy/hip flexor injuries, reduced shoulder external rotation strength, and tight arms by mid-season.

The Solution.

A system built for the demands of the season.

The Tri Star IN//SZN Protocol regulates workload, maintains power, and protects your arm throughout the season using performance science and baseball-specific training.

The Keys:

⚡ Maintain power output
⚾ Protect the throwing arm
🧠 Regulate fatigue
📈 Track performance

The Protocol.

This is The Way.

1️⃣ Assess

Performance and arm health metrics.

2️⃣ Train

Structured in-season programming.

3️⃣ Adapt

Adjust training based on workload and games.

What Athletes Are Saying

“I started at having bad body control was over exerting and putting pressure on my arm at to get 90mph I felt like I’d have to throw with everything in me.

Now I have full control over my body cleaned my mechanics up and that 90 that I got with everything in me I can cruise and hit it and now I am in the low 90s and have better command feel powerful in every aspect of my game and now my recovery is much better and my body is able to handle the power output.”
