Cash-Based Sports Physical Therapy & Performance Training in Kingsport, TN

WE ARE FITNESS FORWARD CLINICIANS.

At Tri Star Strength x Rehab, physical therapy is built different—in all the right ways.

Tri Star Strength x Rehab is a cash-based sports physical therapy and performance training facility in Kingsport, TN. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are also Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and every patient gets full-hour 1-on-1 sessions paired with Hawkin Dynamics force plate and dynamometry strength testing.

Our approach is simple:
one-on-one, full-hour sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who also understands strength training and performance (and trains themselves).

Every treatment is individualized around your goals—whether that’s returning to sport, lifting without pain, running again, or simply keeping up with the life you enjoy.

Most clinics try to bridge the gap between rehab and activity.

We build a new road.

Through sports physical therapy merged with strength & conditioning for athletes in Kingsport and across the Tri-Cities, we don’t just treat symptoms like back, shoulder, or knee pain. We identify the root cause, fix it, and build strength and resilience so your body performs better than before.

And when rehab is finished, we don’t send you home with a sheet of band exercises.

We guide you into our Continuity Packages, a proactive training system designed to keep you strong, healthy, and performing for years to come. Perfect for year around training to optimize off-seasons and maintain during the season but also for Longevity clients looking to improve HRV, VO2max, bone density, muscle mass, and type II muscle fibers to age stronger!

Because the real goal isn’t just solving a problem.

It’s making sure nothing slows you down again.
